Group Fitness Classes
Our group fitness classes offer a full body workout, incorporating core, balance, strength and cardio. There are variations of every exercise to accommodate all fitness levels, making the classes accessible for everyone. We include interval training and a variety of equipment in all group classes, giving you an effective, fun, challenging and efficient workout.
Zoom Group Fitness Classes
Zoom classes are done at home with minimal equipment for those wanting the convenience and/or safety of working out away from the studio. A couple of dumbbells, a band or two, and a yoga mat are all you need to participate. These items can be checked out from the studio. Classes are 50 minutes and can be done in a limited space. Live sessions are three mornings per week at 7:00 am, or you can do the recorded sessions which are delivered to your inbox and can be done when it’s convenient to your schedule.
Zoom Group Fitness Classes are priced the same as in-person classes.
Rock Steady Boxing SRQ
We are an authorized affiliate of Rock Steady Boxing gym located in Sarasota, Florida for those with Parkinson’s Disease or Parkinsonisms. Classes have up to nine heavy bags, as well as speed bags or other reactionary bags. We work on voice activation, strength, big movement, balance and core exercises to help address the effects of Parkinson’s. We wrap-up each class with stretching and meditation with the added benefit to work on the skill of getting down and up from the floor. Zoom Rock Steady Boxing
These are live Zoom classes done from home using minimal equipment — a set of hand weights or boxing gloves or two water bottles, and a chair. Classes include shadow boxing combinations mixed with Parkinson’s-related exercises, as well as strength, balance and core work, ending with 15-20 minutes of stretching from the chair.
Zoom Rock Steady Boxing classes are priced the same as in-person classes.
BMoFit offers Hatha-style yoga where we spend a little time in each pose accompanied with a gentle flow. Our yoga classes provide an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension, providing a good counterpoint to both busy lifestyles and more intense workouts. We invite you to our calming yoga practice to refresh and renew your spirit.
